Sometimes I find products, places and things that I absolutely adore and figure if we all in this trial and error together let me tell you what worked for me. :)
Date nights are far and few in between in our home, as mentioned previously we make time to spend at least 30 minutes in devotional every day (When our situation allows of course!). When Christian Art Media sent me the new Mr & Mrs Collection hamper, I was absolutely elated that it contained 52 date night ideas and a sweet devotional as well! They have also given me an extra set to host a giveaway for one lucky reader! Accckkk!!!
Life can get so busy and crazy, we often find less and less time to be quiet and pray with our significant others. I know from personal experience that committing to a daily devotional together can be quite daunting at first. We have found our rhythm now after 3 years of marriage! The “Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts” devotional by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrot was created with this in mind.
I don’t know about you, but mom hair and the mom hair chronicles are real for me. It’s a big part of the reason I actually went natural. You know so that when people asked me when I was going to blow dry my hair. (Which happens too much to mention.) I had a reason other than laziness as to why I just haven’t dried my hair. The damage guys.. the damage! Just kidding (I think).
When I first heard about Baltic amber beads I must admit that I had my suspicions. I’ve heard of the healing power of certain stones but never actually experienced it first hand. I am generally the kind of girl that likes first hand experience because you know you can’t believe everything you hear/read. This week however has laid those suspicions to rest and made me a believer.
The never-ending story in my home has come to a gigantic halt! Thank you LG Sapience Top Loader with Smart Inverter. No seriously, I mean it. There’s this meme that I always laughed at, the never-ending story as a child and a picture of “The NeverEnding Story” and then next to it a picture of a laundry basket eluding to the adult version. It was more true for me than I could explain and I’m sure many moms can agree. (more…)
